Ladies Weekly Golf Report 13/9/25

A small field ignored the weather forecast to play in last Wednesday’s Stroke, Putting and Medal Round.

Wendy Cox continued her great run of form to return easily the best score of the day. Her score of 98-26-72 not only won her the winner’s voucher, but also the Monthly Medal. Janice Johnstone was runner up with 101-23-78 on a count back from Helen Armstrong. Johnstone recorded the least putts with 29. Tracey Wade won nearest the pin. Jenni Bauerle won the scratch event on a count back from Wendy Cox, when both finished on 98 off the stick.

Congratulations to the Valley View team of three, Jenni Bauerle, Helen Emery and Wendy Cox whose score of 100 points won them the Mooroopna Bowl last Friday.
